DogFish Head 60 Min IPA Clone

Ok, so the first brew I’ll put up here is a recent effort.  This is a clone of one of my favourite US IPA’s form the boys at DogFish Head.  Yes there are a lot of hop additions, but the grain bill is fairly simple.  This is one brew to try, if you like the original this is damn close.

This is a Braumeister recipe so you will need to re-jig for a 3 vessel setup, although BIAB brewers can just dive right into it.
